I'm not feeling well today. I can't get any food down. DH said I was gagging all night in my sleep and when I woke up this morning, I began gagging (dry heaves). Pleasant, I know.
Breakfast - I attempted to eat sausage, eggs, and toast. Couldn't get it down. Started gagging in the car on my way to work and put the food away b/c I didn't want to throw up in the car.
A.M. Snack - DH is supposed to bring some clementines to me at work, but I think he forgot.
Lunch - Steak, sweet potato (Doubtful this will go down. It's a heavy meal)
P.M. Snack - I have some granola bars in my desk
Dinner - I think I'm going to skip it tonight. I'm thawing ham steaks for dh and in case I'm feeling better.
No workout tonight.
I HAVE to revise this. I learned from another board that it's common for some women's morning sickness to return during the last month of pregnancy. NOW they tell me! I didn't know what was happening to me!
Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, onion Lunch: 1/2 spaghetti squash with Emeril's sauce, more asparagus, Gruyere cheese Snack: something not good...hrm Dinner: Vietnamese pho
Exercise: 2 classes teaching today, abs & conditioning in the morning, step in the evening.
