Thanks, I'm feeling a little better now but no appetite still. I learned that some women's morning sickness comes back during the last few weeks of pregnancy. Looks like I'm in that boat.
my aloha resolution is going well, thanks for asking! i'm looking a lot better and i am smaller. i did go off the wagon yesterday and ate a half a bagel and a small roll - more bread than i should eat in one day, being a breadaholic. but i didn't let it turn into a bread binge - i cut it off there and i'm not having any bread at all today.
i've mostly kept my exercise schedule, though i only did cardio 4 times last week. but i dropped the 5th cardio workout because i was really tired, so it was probably the best thing to do. i've decided that at least one of my 5 cardio workouts per week will be spinning, i'm super into it now. and i'm going to bump up my strength training to twice a week. so total, that's now 11 workouts per week! 1 spinning, 1 cardio kickboxing, 3 other cardio, 2 strength training, 2 yoga, 2 pilates/core
i have a feeling if i stay on track i'm going to be pretty pleased with myself in a bikini! i might just have to actually buy a real bikini instead of the tankinis i usually wear.
