Breakfast: cheese omelet and V8 Lunch: green salad with shredded crab on top, with sesame oil and rice vinegar dressing, shrimp ring maybe as well? Dinner: oven roasted veggies and bbq chicken breast Snacks: clementines, celery sticks, nuts, bananas, babybel cheese, laughing cow lite cheese
Exercise: teaching sculpting in the morning and step in the evening.

I do the same thing when I teach, can't count, listen, and talk at the same time.
No workout for me, I drove to Nashville, but couldn't find what I was looking for so I had to drive all the way home. Urgh! What a waste of a morning--I hate mapquest! I have TKD tonight.
Food- half a bagel chocolate quesadilla clementines spaghetti
I trained a couple of clients this morning and then trained myself. I did upper body and walked for an hour and a half on the treadmill (mostly for endurance purposes since the half marathon is in 2 weeks). I'm trying to make sure I find the right shoe/sock combination for the event. I'm home for lunch and a shower but going back up to work to spackle the holes in my office so we can paint and make it homier.
Breakfast: peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Snack: Zone bar
Lunch: broccoli, cheeseburger (made at home w/ff cheese and very lean beef), nutella with nilla wafers
I don't know what we're going to do there in the middle of winter but it's supposed to be in the 50's so maybe we'll just rent bikes (or those carts that are like bikes) and ride along the boardwalk.

congrats on your class. i'm sure it will get easier with time to deal with the music and the cueing.
why don't you do something active with the kids instead of going to the gym. like bowling or ice skating or swimming?
