Everybody recover from the holidays? It's all over now. But in 11 months, we'll do it all over again.

I've got a pretty busy day today. I've got two clients this morning and then I'm lifting lower body and doing step class. I have two more appointments and then I'm coming home for lunch/shower. Then it's back up to work for payroll which unfortunately is a long and tedious process. I've got several new member intros tonight and I'm hoping to get home around 7:30. DH is taking off for Vegas this morning and he'll be gone til Thursday. I'm going to miss him, but truthfully I'm looking forward to some time to myself (and I also won't feel guilty about spending so much time at work).

Breakfast: peanut butter banana toast, green tea

Snack: Zone bar

Lunch: large salad, lentil burger

Snack/Dinner: Not sure because I'll probably be at work.

Have a great day!

You just wake up way too early! You're going to be so busy the next few weeks.

I already miss the holidays :( I love Christmas! But, like you said, we get to do it again in 11 months.

I did step, chest, and back today. I teach aerobics tonight followed by regular tkd. I have a friend comming to check out my class tonight, and this is the first time I have been nervous about teaching. Usually it is no big deal, but I want to make sure she has a good time and gets a good workout.

food-
half a bagel, half a banana
peanutbutter
pizza
raisins
clementines
enchilada lasagna

No, just my regular kickboxing aerobics. We actually call it kardio tae kwon do.

Sounds like fun! I'd love to take that.

Hey, this is almost like chat--we've never had so many people here at the same time!

No kidding. It seems like nobody is ever here when I post, and now everybody is here. Cool.

Well if you're ever in middle Tennessee, you are welcome to come to my class ;) I do about 35 minutes of aerobics, then do 10 minutes of abs or glutes. Sometimes I mix things up with stations or an obsticle course.

Or, maybe if you come to DCAC, we could meet up and teach a little of our specialties!

I would love to go to dcac, but I don't know if dh can get vacation time (I need somebody to watch to kiddos). I still have to find time to get certified, I decided that I can't quit school to do it. I can't seem to quit anything.

Can you make it a family vacation? Your husband could take them to the museums and things here.

Yeah, I couldn't quit grad school, either, as unsure as I was about it. Besides, becoming certified is only a one day process.

Well, I was planning to make it a family vacation, but I have to see if dh can get the days off of work. Plus, we've already made plans, and promises, for a disney vacation in march. If we have the money and dh can get off, we will be in dc!

Once school starts all of my free time has to go towards studying because the kids never let me study when they are awake. So, I am going to try to get certified during my summer break. I will probably have to go to atlanta to do it.
