Breakfast: glass of skim milk, mint chocolate Clif bar (a lot higher in calories than Luna bar)
Lunch: homemade cream of mushroom soup with evaporated skim
Dinner: ?
Snacks (choice of): fat free chicken & low fat swiss cheese roll ups, babybel cheese, nuts, bananas, celery sticks, grape tomatoes

Exercise: teaching step tonight. This gym that I teach at on Monday and Tuesday nights is known as a "meathead" gym - they don't advertise heavily for New Years, so I'm not expecting a lot more people tonight. We shall see.

i love bermuda! have you been before?

you know what i do sometimes to jump start weight loss? one day of fruit, water, herbal tea only. i don't know why, but it seems to work for me (i have no scientific reason to recommend it!) and since i love fruit, it's not hard to do for just one day. i did this to "detox" after christmas and it worked well - i ended up not gaining weight after eating a lot of junk over christmas. i think it mostly just

Yes I have been to Bermuda before. It is a wonderful place but not my first choice of where we should go on a family vacation.

We got a half inch of ice on the ground over night and into this morning. SO much for a morning cardio routine, but I did do an hour of yoga and some core strength training instead of lying in bed and using the weather as an excuse.

Tonight I'll make up for the missed cardio with a 30 minute bike ride and 30 minute run. Gotta start getting those legs in shape and prepared to brick when transitioning from the bike to running. ouch...

Breakfast: Atkins Yogurt w/2 tablespoons of flax seeds (w/omega 3s)
Snack: protein bar
Lunch: lettuce salad w/tuna & green pepper
Snack: string cheese & dry roasted sunflower seeds.
Post Workout: soy/whey protein shake
Dinner: not sure yet... probably something with chicken & veggies

New Year's Eve Workout sounds like a lot of fun. I'd go if my gym had it!

Breakfast - missed it, had to take baby to her first doctor's appt.

Lunch - Salad with lots of protein and veggies

Afternoon snack - carrot and celery salad

Dinner - steak & green beans

Water, water, water

No exercise, doctor's orders.
