yeah, by practicing the transition during training. I'm less prone to it than others, luckily. I mean, it happens, but it goes away really quickly for me and if I practice enough it's really not a big deal at all.
Happy New Year, Everyone! It feels good to be back to some normalcy even though the holidays were good and full of family and friends (and food)!
Undone and I started the day off right by taking a step class. I am glad we made a "date" to meet. Undone did really well in the class even though she has not stepped in years. I did some abs afterward the class.
Eating is going well. B=decaf tea, ff milk, 3 clementines after class L-flax wrap filled with ham, turkey, lettuce and a very small portion of low fat apple crisp. D-leftover turkey, salad, and veggies.
Of course, I had a lot more decaf teas and water.
Just joined the National Body Challenge and printed up the free 2 month pass to Bally's. Hey...it is close enough and I would like to take some classes there.

Things are going very well. My baby nurses every 2-3 hours, AROUND THE CLOCK, but I don't mind getting up and taking care of her. My baby is thriving and I'm doing OK too. My mother has been here helping out and Wednesday will be my first day alone with the little one. I'm looking forward to the two of us hanging out. Oh, and I must say, my baby is pretty strong for her size... definitely a future gym rat.
i'm glad you are both well and you are adjusting well to your new lifestyle. we look forward to following the exploits of our newest little gym rat as she figures out what her feet are for, how to throw things, and all those other basic gym rat skills!
