1) What kind of gym do you belong to?
YMCA
2) How did you find it?
It was close to my place of employment
3) How often do you go?
NORMALLY, I would go 5-6 days per week. Right now, I'm not going.
4) How long do you spend when you go?
1 Hour
5) What do you do outside the gym?
Work
6) Are you a runner?
No
7) If not, do you want to be?
Yes
1) What kind of gym do you belong to?
The YMCA, but I workout at my school's multi-million dollar facility a couple days a week. If they had childcare, that would be the only place I would workout.
2) How did you find it?
It was the only place in town with childcare and a pool (very important)
3) How often do you go?
I go to the Y 6 days a week, but when school starts I will go 4 times, and then 2 times to the school's
4) How long do you spend when you go?
About 1 1/2 hours
5) What do you do outside the gym?
Tae Kwon Do, rollerblade, bike with the kiddy trailer attached, forms and abs at home.
6) Are you a runner?
Retired after 8 years of intense competition and training. I am trying to get back into running a couple times a week without doing much damage to the knees.
7) If not, do you want to be?
Not really, I get so bored.

family run place

it's very well known in my town

4-5 days a week, plus 1 day at another gym I teach at

yes, but I don't have a HUGE motivation to train properly.
1) What kind of gym do you belong to?
Currently a small gym owned by a former body-builder, but am switching to the YMCA across the street from my condo on Jan. 20. I also work out at 2 other gyms, but don't "belong" to them. One is a YMCA near my work where I just take classes at, and the other is the university's gym where my fiance coaches.
2) How did you find it?
Close to where I live.
3) How often do you go?
In winter, 5 times a week. In summer, less often.
4) How long do you spend when you go?
About 1.5 hours.
5) What do you do outside the gym?
Run, walk, bike, yoga (just starting to do this). Things I'd like to do if I had the equipment/snow: xc ski, downhill ski, horseback ride, swim
6) Are you a runner?
I guess... not as intense as I used to be though since my knees took a real beating when I tried to train for my first marathon. My favorite running thing now is to see how fast I can run 5Ks on the treadmill.
