I did step and legs this morning. I am teaching kardio tkd tonight. I'm the opposite of Jean, I've actually gotten to much sleep lately and it is making me really tired. I am trying to get all the sleep I can get before school starts.
food: lean pocket banana, pb noodles and cheese, grapes clementines using my new crockpot to make roast and veggies, bread
Luckily the classes were 45 minutes long. I got through all of them pretty well without my feet hurting. I did feel fatigue in my back doing the ball class last. I got good feedback and that made me happy. I was subbing for a much younger instructor.
Truthfully, I can't imagine taking classes and then "lifting". I am just too tired after going all out in a class. Then doing cardio equipment too...I am too old for that. ;)
Whew...now to get through tomorrow's kickboxing and total tone classes.

Speaking of rower... Where are Erin and Kierven?
Breakfast - 2 eggs, 2 sausage links
A.M. Snack - Hot lemon water
Lunch - chicken, veggies, cranberry sauce, maybe a salad
P.M. snack - Sugarless lemonade (from my juicer)
Dinner - Zucchini lasagna (no pasta)
I know dh isn't going to touch the lasagna so I have to think of something else to make for him. Maybe he'll eat fish???
Lots of water, no exercise
I have orange wedges sitting around the house to snack on throughout the day.
OMIGOSH! it is so much work!!! I was just out there for over an hour shoveling. It's that really heavy wet snow too. I'm ready for a nap.
NO... i didn't hear about the 9 feet of snow! THat's crazy. I'm feeling lucky now.
