If it were going to be my class for good, I'd definitely change it.

Hi! The weekend went pretty well! I didn't inlude any exercise and my eating wasn't the greatest, but it was ok. I am back on track today.

I have one of the older mics that have the headset that looks like a walkman headset. It stays on my head pretty well. The new wireless mics with the headset are awful...they never stay on and hurt my head when you make it tight enough with a rubber band to keep it on. I was wondering how the one that clips on works out.

I find it easier to teach two cardio classes in a row rather than take them. I just find it easier to teach on the whole. I don't know why when I take a class that I feel like lead. I have so much more energy when I teach...I guess it is all that adrenaline.

I used the elliptical for 35 minutes this morning and will be teaching an hour body sculpting class this evening. I am glad I went and did the cardio this morning. I was going to do it after the class but I know I would bow out. The gym probably would have been too crowded anyway.

Didn't eat until 12 and Brunch was...an egg substitute omelet with broccoli, mushrooms, Canadian bacon, and low fat cheese. Decaf 2...2 so far.

1 bottle of water

Dinner...chicken with spinach (my doggie bag from last night), salad, and zucchini. I have to go back to the store because I left the zucchini at the register.

Snacks...fruit

six months is more than a little while!! it's not like you are just subbing for her - it's basically giving you her class except she can get it back if she wants it (maybe like a sabbatical). i wouldn't feel obligated to do

I actually didn't feel too bad waking up today. I'm stiff and sore but not as bad as I thought I might be. I summoned the strength to train 4 clients today and then I had other admin stuff to do as well. I'm sort of surprised at how well I'm holding up. I'm off for the rest of the day except for a doctor appointment this afternoon.

Minor rant: My DH has been sick for practically a month now. He is FINALLY going to the doctor this afternoon. I guess I'm having a little pity party for myself but I am starting to resent the fact that I'm having to take care of the cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. for almost a month now. If I wasn't working so hard myself I could probably handle it better. But considering how exhausted I've been from work and now the half marathon, I almost dread coming home because I know there are dirty dishes everywhere, laundry that won't get put away unless I do it, and food that needs to be prepared. I bought a bunch of fresh veggies over the weekend but I just don't have the energy to prepare them. :( Blah.

No work-out today. I figure I earned a day off. :)

Breakfast: Kashi w/milk, trail mix

Snack: trail mix

Lunch: peanut butter and jelly, trail mix, luna bar

Snack/Dinner: Don't know. Depends if my veggie guilt wins out over exhaustion and I break down and wash/cook veggies.
