Oh, boy, do I hear you about looking in the mirror Undone. Let's just move farther back from now on.

Try to think positive thoughts..negative ones only make things worse. Sigh...I should listen to my own advice. Tomorrow we will conquer the world in class.

The mirrors in the aerobics rooms at my gym make you look thinner.

Be careful! It is very easy to dehydrate when breastfeeding and then your milk production will go down. I used to make sure I drank something before I sat down to nurse everytime. It helped me to get the liquids in.

You eat so well...you are going to have one healthy baby there.

Hi all,

I won't even go near the food reporting, since my diet is so lousy...

So disappointed - i packed everything for a 5:30 Spinning class today after work, except my hair clip. So, i raided the office supplies here at work for an *elastic rubber band*. My hair is very long and curly so it is essential that i put it up for working out. An elastic band is supposed to be he11 on the hair, though, and i would never in my pre-gym life have allowed one near my head. For a newbie, this is a real sign that I am getting closer and closer to gym-ratty status!

64 oz isn't nearly enough! I try to keep a bottle of water in the pocket of my glider so that every time I sit down to nurse, I can sip on some. The baby keeps me so busy, I don't always get enough water in. I'm going to make more of an effort now.

At one of the gyms where I teach, the ladies are like, "don't stand by THAT mirror, that's the Fat Mirror!"

Definitely a sign of becoming a gym rat!

that makes you officially a gym rat!!! (if you weren't already one!) - times like that is when it pays to belong to one of those fancy gyms that gives you free hairbands if you forget them.

hope class was fun!
