Done WAAAY too much already today. Had an appt. at 8am to see the chiropodist to be measured (and feet wrapped in plaster) for orthotics. Made meatballs for dinner. Today I'll be teaching sculpting in the morning and step tonight. I haven't gotten enough sleep for the past 3 days so I'm totally burned out. Going to try to make it to bed early tonight, hopefully before 11.

Breakfast: FF soy milk, banana, Babybel cheese
Snack: FF chicken, spring mix, Alpine Lace on whole grain bread, lemon tea w/Splenda
Lunch: butternut squash soup
Dinner: meatball soup with whole wheat macaroni (recipe from Nov/Dec issue of M&F Hers)

hi everyone! happy tuesday!

today is a fun day fitness wise - i have spinning today at lunch time and then the new session of yoga starts tonight. i'm dreading the new time (8-9:30pm) but i'm excited that i'm moving up a level. although i've done some yoga on my own over the break, i missed my yoga classes and my teacher!

i got a nice compliment today. a teacher that i subbed cardio kickboxing for asked me to sub for him next week because he said that i'm the class' favorite sub!

Always there for you cutie. It is not possible to have a cuter workout wardrobe than you. YOu should see what I have if I just lose a few lbs.

Glad the 2" riser helped and you sure are catching on very quickly.

HI! Having a great day so far. Took a class with Undone that made me sweat very unladylike. ;-) I am glad I rushed to take it. Went for a healthy breakfast at the diner with Undone and then went to Marshall's and found some really good deals. Unfortunately, the size 6p pants I bought do not fit. They must be cut for junior petite because my other 6's fit. So, I will be going back and that could be dangerous.

I was a little tired this morning...aching muscles after doing the elliptical in the morning and body sculpting at night. My body sure does need the 24 hours in between.

Breakfast...decaf tea, egg white omelet with spinach, tomatoes and feta. Whole wheat toast and couple of bites of the crispy part of the home fries. I thought I told the waitress not to put them on my plate.

Snack...mixed nuts, 2 clementines, green tea

Dinner...salmon, broccoli, cauliflower, salad

Your menu sounds too yummy! I love meatball soup...we Italians call it Wedding soup.

Made the family ground turkey meatloaf, but I am going to have salmon.

I would be wiped out if I taught that much with hardly any sleep. I've been there done that so I understand.

Thought I'd pop in & say "Hi" while I have a moment. To borrow DH's fave saying, "I'm busier than a one-armed paper hanger." I hope everyone had an enjoyable, indulgent & guilt free holiday season.

Looks like everyone's doing well. Glad to see it. :-)

Just had a BOSU class today and no clients which is good as now that we're almost done digging ourselves out from the last blizzard, there's another due later today then we get hit w/ a major deep freeze (we're looking at -49F w/ the windchill), so I needed to get some running around done beforehand. Back to the grind tomorrow though.

Breakfast: ww toast w/ PB; hot lemon water; jasmine green tea

Lunch: stir fried veggies; black coffee

Supper: veggie rollup (green onion, avocado, bell pepper, hearts of palm, romaine lettuce & lots of salsa on a multigrain flatbread); soda water w/ a squeeze of lime

Snacks: soy chai latte; bakery fresh granola bars; grapes; ww pita w/ hummus
