I've got a rather busy day today. I've got a few clients and then a couple of meetings. I'm planning to work upper body and do about 40 minutes on the elliptical. I have more clients and meetings this afternoon.
I don't think I gave you all an update... DH has strep throat. He's on antibiotics and I sure hope he's well by Saturday because that's when we drive out to CA to catch our cruise to Mexico.
Breakfast: peanut butter banana toast
Snack: ?
Lunch: fresh green beans, lentil burger
Snack: ?
Dinner: ?
It's harder to figure out meals when I know I have to prepare them myself... :)

anyhoo, i'm glad he finally went to the doctor and got antibiotics. silly thing would have felt better a long time ago if he had gone sooner. i hope he feels better in time for the trip.
I'm doing that new cardio sports conditioning class (have no idea what it's really called) and then trying sports yoga.
I had chills yesterday so I cancelled some piano lessons in order to conserve my energy to teach step and made it through. This morning I was going to go to the gym, but still had chills and a fever so I took a couple of ibuprofen and went back to sleep. I think this was a good choice because the ibuprofen has broken my fever and I feel much better now.
Breakfast: leftover meatball soup (it was delicious!)
Lunch: going out with bf

Exercise: rest day

today is the big day i start running again! well, actually, run/walk. also some core condition on the stability ball. i'm going to leave the office around 11 for that. tonight i'm going to lift weights at home before i settle down to a night of tv.
Where are all my fellow Alias fans? Any opinions on the premiere last week? Anyone still watching Lost? Why does Kate seem to have so many different outfits? Is she weaving new tank tops out of coconut fibers? And how is she getting her bikini line waxed?
