i've heard roasted chick peas are good. i think jean has made them before.
it's rainy and icky here too. not a nice day. i'm going to take spinning at lunch, and i think that will be it for the day. tonight we are going to a celebration in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr
I've got a couple clients this morning and I've got to finish payroll. I'm hoping to leave work by noon. I may or may not workout, I haven't decided. Depends on how I feel. I've been so tired that I've been slacking off on my weight training so I'm getting a trainer when I get back from vacation.
Lots of errands to run this afternoon in prep for the trip. Food is sketchy as well...
Breakfast: peanut butter banana toast
Snack: detour bar
Lunch/Snack/Dinner: I got a gift card to PF Changs for doing the marathon last weekend so I'm going to use that for either lunch or dinner.
I made the chickpeas before and I didn't bake them enough, plus they filled me up in a really disgusting I-can't-eat-anything-for-the-next-8-hours kind of way.
Rest day again today, went to bed late and couldn't breathe due to congestion so I didn't sleep well enough to get up for the gym. I really wanted to go though, I got new shoes yesterday. Woohoo! new shoes! Adidas Supernova Cushion.
Getting my hair done, first of 4 in a package that bf bought for me before Christmas. Then we are probably going to see the Phantom of the Opera movie tonight, which was my favourite musical when I was in grade 6 or so.
Late Breakfast: banana, babybel, soy milk Lunch/Snack: might bring a sandwich and a Luna bar to eat on the way to the salon (it's 100km from my house) Dinner: something with bf. Hopefully nothing at the movie theatre.

Well, bf works in that area (100km away) and the salon people came to his office selling the special 4-visit package. I'd go out there tonight to see him anyways, so it's not that big of a deal to drive that far.
So, uhhh, I hope they don't screw up my hair. I actually really like my local hairstylist and I feel like I'm cheating on him by going to this other place.

i know, i hope your regular hairstylist doesn't get offended. once you have a stylist you like, you don't want to piss him/her off. it better be worth it!
I'm sorry, I probably should have asked this a long time ago, but what is the difference between Jazzercise and regular aerobics? I've never seen Jazzercise before.
Today I did shoulders and ran for 25 minutes on the treadmill, I thought I was going to die of boredom! No ankle pain, though :) I was feeling good until I got the email that said they were canceling one of my history classes this spring. They waited until 3 days before school starts to tell me, and after I finally had daycare all worked out. So now, I can either give up tkd in order to schedule in this other class, take dd out of university preschool (16 dollars a day for one on one attention-can't beat it), or pray that my advisor lets me do an independent study.
