1) What were you wearing in your senior picture?

A white, longsleeve dress that came down to my knees. Very innocent.

2) What hairstyle did you have?

Again, innocent, long, natural, straight hair with bangs.

3) What one song always makes you think of hs?

Any song from the Lion King sound track. Our band played it all the time, and their practice was at the same time as track and crosscountry practices.

4) If you were headed for college, what did you want to major in? If not, what did you want to do?

I was going to major in political science with emphasis in international relations. I wanted to be a spy :)

5) Did you end up being that major/doing what you planned?

I started with that major, took my first Anthropology class and fell in love. Then, as I was going to start graduate school I got pregnant. Anthropology and family don't mix well. So here I am, 27 years old and still don't know what I want to be when I grow up. Do I have to grow up?

1) What were you wearing in your senior picture?
A pale yellow Land's End wool sweater and a white turtleneck, Levi's jeans.

2) What hairstyle did you have?
Long, with ends curled under, and half pulled back in a barrette.

3) What one song always makes you think of hs?
Son of a Preacher Man (it's not from the same era, but my 2 "best friends" and I were obsessed with it).

4) If you were headed for college, what did you want to major in? If not, what did you want to do?
Art Therapy.

5) Did you end up being that major/doing what you planned?
Nope. I ended up majoring in Journalism, but am slowing creeping back around to the artistic side of my nature.

**adding a question**6) Did you have a boyfriend in high school? If so, have you seen him since high school?

Since moving back to my hometown about a month ago, I run into someone I recognize from high school almost every day. A couple of weeks ago, I saw my first kiss at the gym with his new wife. I've only been out of high school for 8 years, but it is still a shock to suddenly see people you haven't thought of in that many years. The biggest thing I've noticed is that all the guys everyone thought were so hot in high school all look terrible now! Not even just average, but AWFUL! ;) Yea for late bloomers!

1) What were you wearing in your senior picture?

A torquoise cap-sleeved blouse with my sister's necklace. I borrowed the necklace (which was a silver floating heart) without asking. She didn't know I took it until she saw my proofs. Gotta whooping from her - lol!

2) What hairstyle did you have?

Pretty conservative - just straight, pulled back with barrets.

3) What one song always makes you think of hs?

"If you leave me now" by Chicago. I was a freshman when that song was a hit. I remember hearing it played during my art class.

4) If you were headed for college, what did you want to major in? If not, what did you want to do?

I started at a community college taking mostly liberal arts classes. I changed my majors so many times. I ended up with a BA in Business Management.

5) Did you end up being that major/doing what you planned?

Nope! I was in human resources for several years, but quit shortly after my second was born. I never want to go back in HR - I'm happy working at a health club!

i want to be a spy when i grow up.

i would seriously consider it (i even read in the post that there's a dearth of spys now, that is intelligence analysts) but i think you have to be good with foreign languages and i'm terrible with languages. maybe i can get by on the kicking and the dressing up in disguises part and avoid the whole speaking foreign languages part.

Maybe you could just learn sign language and pretend to be deaf.

were you obsessed with "Son of a Preacher Man" because of its brief renewed popularity as part of the Pulp Fiction soundtrack?
