i don't really have specific plans for today either. i just had flax frozen waffles with hot apples and apple slices with peanut butter for breakfast, but i don't know what i'm going to eat for the rest of the day. i teach cardio kickbox tonight but i don't know if i'll do anything else, fitness-wise.
my only plan for today is to get started on my taxes. yuck!!
I agree w/Jean...let's not go into what I ate this weekend. Ugggh. I did manage to go to the gym once on Sunday, because I started talking to the instructor on MSN, and was saying that I missed a couple of days this week and I was feeling guilty, and she said..."well I have class on Sunday morning." so she easily guilt-tripped me into going, lol. Still up 3 pounds though.
Got up late... Breakfast: banana, babybel, soy milk (I am really liking this soy milk! Natura unsweetened, I add 1/2 a package of Splenda) Lunch: butternut squash soup and I think 1/2 a bagel sandwich Snack: maybe the other half, or I might eat it all at once, who knows, veggies and dip Dinner: chicken teriyaki, spinach salad
Exercise: teaching step tonight. My throat is still on fire and still sugically attached to my Kleenex box.

Breakfast - eggs, bacon, fresh tomato juice from my juicer
A.M. Snack - Fiber One Cereal
Lunch - Zucchini "Lasagna", salad
P.M. Snack - Celery sticks
Snacks throughout the day - Fruit
Dinner - Chicken, Salad, Asparagus
I have bowls of fruit and raw vegetables sitting around the house so that when I start my mindless snacking, it will be on fresh vegetables and fruit rather than candy. DH filled the candy dish but I'm going to resist. I have bottled water in the nursery for me to sip on while feeing the baby. Hopefully, this careful planning will help protect me from mindless snacking on junk food!

I hope the weather clears up tonight, because I have kickboxing class tonight, and it is my absolute favorite class.

Oh, I am terrible at solicitation too!
Subbing someone's class is so much harder than your own, I think.
