I did chest and step this morning. I have to teach kickboxing tonight, and then I have regular TKD. Nothing exciting going on today. I'm just trying to enjoy my last day before school starts.

food:
maple pecan crunch
banana
pizza, salad
clementines
No idea what we will do for dinner

I'll update this on food. I'm so used to putting it in beforehand that I didn't think to put it in after!


breakfast: ww challah w/ maranatha pb, fake bacon, coffee


snack: cheese stick, cherries


lunch: green chili chicken curry on steamed mix veg (we were at a food court--I circled the whole place before I found something nutritious!)


dinner: chicken, veggies, bean soup--it's COLD out there!

Today is my day off at the gym.

Breakfast: Blueberries & applesauce blended together, mix in some cottage cheese & cashews.

Lunch: Grilled chicken fajita, french fries, diet coke

Snack: Chocolate chip cookie (made them with my kids - couldn't resist), celery & peanut butter.

Dinner: Meatloaf with salsa topping and green beans.

Snack: Another chocolate chip cookie (DH was having one, couldn't make him eat one by himself!)

Promise to myself: Tomorrow will be a better food choice day!
