It is 8 degrees today and I'm on my way to the gym after two days of not working out.

It is 8 degrees today and I'm on my way to the gym after two days of not working out.

My husband bought them!
This morning I got up early to go to the walk-in clinic because my sore throat just isn't getting better. The doctor saw me for about 20 seconds to take a throat swab, hopefully it's not strep, but that's why I went, just to make sure.
Teaching sculpting in the morning and step in the evening. Oh! And the chiropodist just called, my orthotics are in. So I will go in to pick those up.
Breakfast: bagel, spinach, cream cheese, smoked salmon
Lunch: roast veggies, bbq chicken breast
Dinner: I might run out and get more butternut squash, it's freezing here and that soup will hit the spot!
Breakfast:
Well it is 6, but -25 with the wind chill in New England and no school delays, but I heard Minnesota is -54, now that is cold.
Breakfast: Egg beaters with cheese, ham and tomatoes. Coffee
Lunch: Salad and chickpeas with more tomatoes
Snack: Pria Bar
Dinner: I think tuna fish sandwhich or wheat pasta
I read that about the -54 in MN!
It is definitly winter here, too--15 degrees. It is also the first day back to school, I am missing my little ones sooooo bad :(
No workout today, I had a meeting. I have tkd team training tonight followed by regular tkd.
Food:
maple pecan crunch
sushi, baked chips (I love 'em)
nuts or something
no idea, hopefully not McD's again :P

Breakfast - Fiber One, banana
A.M. Snack - Spinach Omelet
Lunch - leftover spaghetti, salad
P.M. Snack - part of fruit and veggie platter
Dinner - Fish and asparagus, maybe another salad
Water, water, water
No workout.
