It certainly is very chilly here Undone! I didn't even make it out early today to take the 9 am class at Bally's. Taking the one 10 am class will have to be enough. Just got called to sub a 7:30 tonight...super step, but it is way too late and way too cold for me to teach such an intense class.

I forgot to take something out for dinner, so I don't know what I will be having. I do have some salmon burgers from Costco I can make and then there are the bunch of leftovers in the fridge.

I have been doing well the past couple of days with the eating as well as the exercise. Yesterday I was so darn busy, I didn't have time to eat. Love that!! I was actually able to stay within my flex points with WW. The CORE plan just isn't working for me so I am back to the flex points and eating foods allowed on the Phase 2 of the South Beach Diet. I still have not read the Perricone Solution and I should since it would fit in with the WW flex points.

So...decaf tea with soy milk before class. Bottle of water after class.

brunch...egg substitute, tomatoes, ff ham, 1 slice veggie cheese, 1 slice whole wheat bread, tea with soy milk.

snack...clementines

dinner...salmon or veggie burger, whole wheat english muffin, veggies and salad.

Herbal tea through out the day to stay warm.

Have a great day all...

Enjoy your cherries, Jean. My brother works for quality control for Coke and he travels all over the world to make sure the fruits are ok for their juices. He is a micorbiologist. Anyway, he said you really don't want to eat produce that does not have pesticides with the things that go on in other countries. All natural can be very dangerous even from the US. He has told me what is in organic stuff and oh, boy, I don't know what is worse.

So...enjoy no matter what.

LOL. Reading these I was thinking something like that. ;-) We're actually having a brief heatwave (read: blizzard). It warmed up during the night w/ the winds howling, then it dumped a bunch of snow, now the snow has stopped and the temps are dropping back to normal again (it's either snowing or bitter cold here).

Three classes today: core; weights; kickboxing. Should be shovelling but it can wait til tomorrow.

Breakfast: oatmeal; hot lemon water

Lunch: rice noodles w/ veggies & seaweed in garlic broth; jasmine green tea

Supper: veg. chili; tomatoes & onion dressed w/ oregano & balsamic vinegar; soda water w/ a squeeze of lime

Snacks: veg. chili; tortilla chips w/ fresh salsa; tea of varying sorts; might attempt making banana bread made w/ brown rice flour (my digestive problems have returned so I'm eliminating soy & wheat products for a few days then I'll add them back independant of one another - to see if they're the culprits - although, believe it or not, I think my back might be causing it. You'd be absolutely amazed at the seemingly unrelated things that back problems cause/aggravate)

LOL....I think I drank too much water...it there help for that? I haven't had hiccups in ages and they really got to me. But, eating a clementine did help.

Sometimes you don't move your fingers as much when wearing gloves and that is why they can go numb. I find my Raynauds is worse when wearing gloves and people don't believe me.

Poor G...I hope it didn't turn into a pop cycle.
