Ok....I am going to try again...for some reason the server could not be found on my last try to post.
We all need a day off from cooking Jean. I have designated Sundays for that but it has worked out to maybe 2 times a month. Once the families grow more, I will hope to have family meals here and pick another day for my day off from cooking. It is very hard to stay on program with the family home especially with DH home sick. I do hope he feels better soon. I am also hoping it doesn't spread through the family.
No workout for me today either. I weighed in at WW today instead and only lost 1 lb. I was hoping for more, but I eat pretty healthy most times already and it will be a slow long road to lose the 10 lbs. Tomorrow I plan to go to Bally's to take a step class at 9:30 and then shoot over to the World Gym to teach the Fit n Easy class at 11. So....I am not concerned that I am not working out today. Thinking of squeezing some Pilates in later.
I tried some really good bread today from Trader Joe's. It is Good Live whole Grain Sesame Bread with no flour and 3 gms of fiber per slice. I am in love...it is so chewy, crunchy and tasty when toasted.
Decaf tea with FF which I took with me to have after weigh in. (1 point for me milk in tea for the day)
Brunch...2 slices sesame bread (2 pts) egg substitute (1pt) ff ham (1pt) tomatoes 1 slice veggie cheese (1pt) handful of grapes (1pt) tea with soy milk
Snack...clementines
Dinner...either turkey sausage or pork chops, veggies, salad, whole wheat pasta
Fit n Easy is a slower moving class so all ages can take it as well as beginners. I do low impact with some strength afterwards. It really is a s-l-o-w class. Believe it or not, I can still work up a sweat since I am exaggerating movements and really using my muscles.
I'm having an awesomely yummy food day today! Which is good as I have four classes & only had 3.5 hours sleep. I taught a 75 min. X-training class, then a weight class earlier; I have kickbox & another weight class tonight.
Meal 3: warm, fresh multigrain/seed bread drizzled w/ spice infused extra virgin olive oil; Guiltless Gourmet baked chili-lime tortilla chips (tons o' seasoning on this batch) w/ fresh mango peach salsa; herbal tea
Supper: a salad of mixed greens, red onion, cucumber, roasted red pepper, sugar snap peas, mandarin orange segments & sunflower seeds w/ a sesame-ginger dressing; more multigrain/seed bread w/ E.V.O.O.; herbal tea
Snacks: pistachios; more tortilla chips & salsa OR ww pita w/ roasted garlic-cracked chilli hummus (homemade); extra spicy soy chai latte
Great minds must really think alike, Jean. Guess what I fed my guys for supper last night? ;-) Unfortunately they left most it and pigged out on bread & pistachios (DH says all other salads pale next to mine >>blushing<< & my son dumped on the entire serving of dressing that came w/ the salad before trying it).
Wow, that is a rough schedule you have today! I remember those days when I didn't know how to say no to subbing and doing sometimes 5 classes in a day. And, yes, I have done it on little or no sleep with waitressing in the evenings and sometimes not getting home until after 3am. The members always knew when I didn't get enough sleep...I gave a harder class. Go figure!
Hope you can walk around and take breaks inbetween sets to save your body some.
You are having a fabulous meal day today. You just have to keep up your energy and strength. What and where do you get Tripleberry Oatmeal Crisp? That sounds really good.

WE don't have Macaroni Grill here in NY...we seem to be the last place to get the chains. I know I saw one in Charlotte when visiting.
We recently got Carabas. We went to one in Fl and DD said it is in Charlotte too. We promised to take the family there sometime soon.
