Where do you weigh in? Are you doing a special plan?

Ended up making both the turkey sausage and the pork chops. I had a turkey sausage (3pts), broccoli, peppers and onions, salad with lo fat dressing (1pt), corn (1pt), and 1/2 pork chop (4pts). I hope DD's fiance leaves some for leftovers.

Is there such a temperature as -35C? I would be frozen stiff!

What and how do you make a soy marinated hard boiled egg? It sounds interesting.

Decaf beverages count as water. That is what I do especially in this cold weather. There is also water in your food so don't worry about drinking lots of water. There were some women on TV who wrote a book and said there is no scientific reason to drink so much water. There are really no benefits to it. All you have to do is look at the color of you urine and if it is clear and/or light color, you are getting enough water and are not dehydrated.

-35C with the windchill. It's actually "only" -13C.

As for the soy marinated eggs, sometimes they are known as tea eggs.

Tripleberry Oatmeal Crisp & granola bars from the bakery down the street are my fave sweet treats. You should be able to find the cereal in any grocery store. It's sooo good w/ vanilla Silk.

W/ my sched. I've pretty much foregone subbing. I don't have time. I teach at least 2 classes a day 6 days a week (I'll teach on Sundays if no one else is available & have every other Fri. off) and squeeze in P.T. clients where I can. I have the same 4 class schedule every Thursday, but shaving 2 hours off my usual sleep made me a little fuzzy-brained, but the food kept me going. I know exactly what you mean about working them harder when you're tired. I think it's because we have focus so intensely to stay course.

It must be crazy for you to find subs if you're gone a few days!

I have to schedule time off. For the few classes I teach at the gyms, about 18-24/month, it's not too bad, but any of the other 40 or so get cancelled. As result, if I get sick, I have to heading to hospital to cancel or get a sub.

Where I am -35C w/o the windchill is pretty much the norm. We get into to -40s & -50s(Celcius) when you factor in windchill. You just have dress for it. I have to admit though that having a car w/ heat this winter is a nice convenience (my old car didn't have heat). Plus, the summers usually are as beautiful as the winters are bitter.
