I'm so grumpy today! I don't know if it's because I haven't worked out in two days or that my husband's been home sick for the past few days or what.

That's terrible that they'd treat anyone like that, especially the manager.

I listened to the clip of that CD and it does sound awesome. I could see myself teaching to it!

So sorry about your throat being so bad yet. I guess it is a good thing it is not strep, but it could still be a throat infection which is not good either. I do hope you feel better soon.

Oh, my I am still listening to that CD and it is good. I don't like that it costs so much for only 60 minutes instead of the 2 45 minute CD format!

No workout for me today. I was a school for 13 hours yesterday and came home with a migrane. I didn't want to get out of bed this morning, so I didn't!

Food:
kashi golean crunch-really good, but hard to eat
banana, sunflower seeds
hamburger
luna bar-s'mores, clementines
don't know what we will do for dinner, not really hungry (me, not hungry?)

Hope you feel better--that's a long time to be at school!

I have problems eating kashi golean crunch because it's so hard.

Probably a combo. I know alot of people get grumpy, myself included, when they're not as active as usual. Sick husbands are always a bit of a strain.

2 classes today - heavy duty weight class & a cardio(Step)/sculpt class. I have client too, but that's not exercise.

Breakfast: Luna bar; jasmine-green tea

Meal 2: strawberry banana smoothie w/ soy protein; coffee

Meal 3: last of the multigrain/seed bread drizzled, once again, w/ spice infused E.V.O.O.; veggie broth

Supper: same salad as yesterday (mixed greens, cuke, roasted red pepper, red onion, mandarin orange, sugar snap peas, sunflower seeds) only w/ a Thai lime-ginger-lemon grass dressing this time; 1/2 glass red wine

Snacks: baked chili-lime tortilla chips w/ fresh mango peach salsa; ww pita bread w/ hummus; pistachios; herbal tea

i love the celentano meals. i try to avoid processed foods too, but those are barely processed compared to other prepared foods, and certainly compared to cold cuts.

i don't like the taste of Amy's so i don't recall their healthiness quotient, but i bet they are also pretty healthy.
