I find the new routine a little easier for me. It seems to break things up a lot which helps. I am hoping it will help me with being a little less bored and also speed some of my weight loss up.

We will soon find out. I have to get weighed in a day early this week.

:( Since I am going out of town this weekend.

Hope you have a great day too, Undone! You certainly had a great start with going to the gym.

House is stocked up again with fresh fruit and veggies, lean meats, low fat dairy! I braved the elements to get it all...roads not cleared well.

Going to teach a toning class and a cardio class at 4:30 and 5:15. Hope the roads don't ice up again.

Yes, tomorrow will be 4 weeks. I'm learning the art of motherhood as I go along. DD is incredibly patient with me. I'm having to adjust my diet b/c dd can't handle the amount of vegetables that I'm accustomed to eating (makes her gassy). Weight loss isn't going as quickly as I had hoped either. I've lost 18 of the 30 pounds, but most of the weightloss occured during the first 2 weeks. I didn't lose much at all last week. Can't wait to hit the gym and get back to my extreme step class!

I did step today, 15 minutes on the stair master, and back. I talked to the sub today and she was almost in tears over how people were treating her in class. I told her that I thought she was great and those other people are old hens. She laughed and seemed to cheer up. I feel bad for her. The regular instructor-this is a great story-had her baby last night at home in her bathroom sans electricity! The hospital sent her home at 600 and told her that she wasn't in labor. She went home and 3 hours later had her baby. The electricity had gone out in her neighborhood, and her husband went back to work when the hospital said she wasn't in labor. So it was just her, and her mom on the phone with the paramedics who arrived after the baby was born. They had to use shoe laces from her aerobics shoes to tie the cord. Whatta woman!

Food:
kashi cereal
banana, sunflower seeds
quesadilla, salsa, baked chips
luna bar, clementines
brisket, cabbage, carrots, biscuits

:(

My back was doing so much better and then this morning someone slid right into my bumper I am not sure if the impact has hurt my back yet again. It is sore but not alot of pain. This was going to be my 1st full week back NEW YEARS full force. My NY resolution for physical was to lift more. So anyway I did a muscle conditioning class at lunch and wanted to do kickboxing after work, but I am not sure if my back can handle 2 classes today. I am going to go to the chiropractor and see what he says.

Breakfast: Cereal w/ skim milk - coffee
Lunch - broccoli and 2 veggie burgers plain (no bread etc)
Dinner - chicken and veggies (i think)
snack - balance bar and most likely something else
