We had more snow last night, but schools are open so its all systems go.
What is Grace's "gunny voice"?
Morning Ladies.
I worked out this morning. I usually work out in the evenings. But I am leaving for out of town tomorrow and I have weigh in tonight instead of tomorrow night so it made sense, because tonight I will be PACKING.
Let me just say I HATE going to the gym in the morning. It is just not my thing unless I have the day off. So I am in the office and I am ready for a snooze LOL.
The menu today is a little crazy, weigh in night is usually cheat night but I am not going overboard because I want to have a little room to play while out of town.
Breakfast -
Yougurt - 2pts
Applesauce - 1pt
Cereal Bar - 2 Pts
Jello - 0
Lunch -
Side Salad & Dressing - 1.5 pts
Diet Coke - 0
Weigh in!
Mr. Pita - Turkey and Cranberry Pita - 11pts.
Might have some french fries too not sure if I want to yet.

Breakfast:
i need to get back on track losing weight - still at the same weight i was before christmas, which is good that i didn't gain weight, but it's only 115 days until we leave for hawaii!! so it's back to being ALL BUSINESS when it comes to exercising and eating.
i didn't go to the gym at lunch to lift and do elliptical yesterday after all. being union steward in my office is keeping me very busy this week! i am going to go today and lift upper body, work core, and do a short run. tonight i'm going to take step at the Y, and then i have a staff meeting at the Y. i'm expecting some poop to hit the fan - it should be interesting anyway.
food-
coffee with a bit of cocoa in it.
big salad with roasted veggies, tofu, etc., fruit salad, luna bar
ww pasta with meatless meatballs, brussel sprouts, olive oil
possibly something when i get home from the meeting - maybe a smoothie
Today I'm taking a day off exercising. Yesterday I did a triple caffeine whammy: Diet Coke for lunch (usually I drink caffeine-free DC), an Excedrin Migraine at 4:30pm (a migraine was coming on - I took only one), and then a chocolate protein bar at 8:30pm. I think all those - or at least the last two - were the reasons why I couldn't fall asleep until 4:30am! I don't drink a lot of caffeine and when I do take something with caffeine - I pay the price. I'm working on 2.5 hours of sleep.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with peanut butter & applesauce, cottage cheese
Lunch: I think I'll make the other salmon patty I had from last night
Snack: string cheese & fruit
Dinner: A chicken concoction I saw in a cook book.
I will get a good night sleep tonight and go to my cycling class tomorrow morning.

Great stuff if it is made right....
Grace doesn't have a gunny voice, but she should have one to give us the real boot camp feel...yanno?
