That's it--I'm going to have to find a place that has it. It looked sooo good! The guy was a riot. Al Roker was pouring the sauce on and he kept telling him to go faster.

;-) Thanks for saying I gave a good class! And yes, I did make it up as I went along. I kicked my own butt too!! I will feel the 3 classes tomorrow...I used some heavy weights in the third class.

HI! I love making homemade breads and muffins, but then I like to eat them too. I made some healthy muffins Sunday. My favorite were the corn muffins with whole wheat flour, corn meal, ff milk, applesauce instead of oil. I was so tired and over hungry after teaching today, I ate 2 of them instead of brunch. They were a little heavy so they filled me up with my cup of tea. Now to be "good" the rest of the day.

It was worth doing all that healthy cooking yesterday...I have tons of leftovers to choose from for tonight. Love it when I don't have to cook. Just have to make some salad to go with it all.

The mashed cauliflower wasn't bad. It will never take the place of potatoes, but it was a good alternative.

Now...please stop talking about delicious desserts...LOL!

I did yoga too! I never do it because it is so boring, but the sub promised me that she does more strength stuff than the regular instructor, so I gave it a shot because my body was pretty beat up from tkd last night. It went okay. I also did step.

Food:
kashi go lean
banana, soy nuts
pizza, olives
clementines, luna bar
chicken parmesan
cliff bar if I need something to get me through school tonight

No biting yet today.

Gym was dead this a.m., so I didn't do a class - 1/2 hr. on an EC and then yoga instead. Got tons o' housework to keep me going 'til I pick up #1 Son to take him for his first real haircut in years (he usually just has me buzz it off). I need to design a new class I'll be implementing next week and make some CDs for it, put together a new info sheet for my training business and start planning some articles (I'm going to start publishing some stuff in the spring as a marketing tool to drum up business for the summer when I'm doing fewer classes). Think I'll make some triple berry bran/flax mini-mmmmmmmmmuffins too.

Breakfast: 'fruit salad' smoothie w/ vanilla soy protein; hot lemon water

Lunch: ramen noodles & veggies in veggie broth

Supper: ww wrap w/ falafel & veggies

Snacks: bakery granola bar; leftover smoothie; mini muffins; tortilla chips & salsa; herbal tea (w/ a healthy dose of immune system supporting herbs - I think keeping the flu at bay is becoming a losing battle).
