Today is my day off from working out. I have a sick little girl today and we are going to the dr. later on. She's been coughing and is running a slight fever. Last time she was like this she had walking pneumonia. Poor thing.

Breakfast: cottage cheese, pineapples & cashews

Lunch: I think I'll do my vege chili with the fake crumbles & salsa again. I'm not sure yet.

Snack: Cheese & fruit

Dinner: left over goulash or pork chops

I on the other hand had a very eventful day. I found out that I am pregnant, again. I have been shaking all day, I don't think that I can do this again. At least I now know why I have been gaining weight no matter what I try doing. So many things have been running through my head all day, and I don't know what I am going to do. Just when I decided to stay in school, this happens. I don't know if I can even start a career in fitness while I am pregnant :(

I did chest and back followed by elliptical. I missed my step class because dh and I were talking about our new situation.

Food:
kashi golean crunch
bananas, sunflower seeds
pizza
subway

Take heart Paula, these things have a way of working themselves out.

Hang in there, Paula. Give yourself some time to let the news settle in and then re-evaluate your situation. I will be sending positive thoughts your way.

Wow, Paula...that is big news. It will take a lot of adjusting to, but take it one day at a time and see how it all works out. And...you can still persue a career while pregnant.

Keep talking with DH and lean on each other as much as you need to. "God" works in mysterious ways. (I did " " because I don't know how you feel about religion.) Anyway, you sound stunned...the way I was when I found out about number 4. What a blessing it turned out to be...

Good luck today at the GPs. I hope you get the answers you need and a good referral. You hang in there!

Exercise is going well today as well as the eating. Took a step class and a Pilates class with Undone. Thank goodness after the weekend I had.

I seem to be a little "off" today. Going to take it easy the rest of the day even though dinner for the family is already cooking and I washed my car.

Have a good day all...

Hope DD is going to be ok. So much "stuff" is going around again this winter.
