Another long day at school, and I can't keep my mind on my work. I am still trying to figure out what to do with three toddlers!

I did tricepts and ran on the indoor track. I have tkd tonight. I am skipping team training because dh is out of town so I don't want the kids to have to sit through two hours of tkd.

food:
kashi golean crunch
soy nuts, clementines
banana, clementines
cafeteria something or another
kashi bar
something quick. I really want chinese, but the kids don't like so I'll find something at the grocery store to make extra quick.

With my DD being sick yesterday (she had a fever of 104.8 at the drs office), I'm keeping her home today. So, knowing that I wouldn't be able to do my BodyStep class today, I went last night. Today is going to be a lounge around the house all day. I have to work tonight and I usually leave them with a friend to watch, but now I have to figure out what to do. DH might have to come home early.

Breakfast: Pancakes & Morningstar sausage links (I had to cave in for the pancakes - DS REALLY wanted them this morning and I was trying to be good, but they smelled soooo yummy)

Lunch: Spinach salad with chicken, apricots, peaches, cheese.

Snack: Fruit & cottage cheese.

Dinner: Leftover turkey gumbo - had the pork chops last night.

Your menu looks so good. It is easy to see you can eat healthy, low fat foods and eat all kinds of stuff.

I taught a hi/lo class today and finished up with abs and some Pilates. I woke up with a sinus headache and I have been feeling lightheaded and slightly nauseous all day.

I was able to go to the grocery store and get the ingredients to make bakes ziti to bring to NC for grandson's baptism. It was requested and I don't mind at all. I like being able to do it.

The Precor was delivered a little while ago. It looks good and big! I don't know if DH is going to have enough head clearance. We may have to take a panel out of the ceiling when he is on it...LOL! We will make it work.

Food is up in the air today..oatmeal, 1/2 banana, ff milk, 2 clementines, tea so far.

Hope you all have a successful day.

I am sure you are having a hard time concentrating, Paula. If it makes you feel any better, my first 2 kids were under a year apart and then number 3 came 2 1/2 years later. Something happened with number 3...I found I could only do so much in a day and it was either enjoy my kids or clean the house. Well...they grow up so quickly, I decided to enjoy the kids and change my priorities. I used to say I had 3 preschoolers for 2 years.

Sorry your dd is so sick. I hope she does better soon!

Have you tried whole grain pancake mix or the new Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat? It is good...and I don't feel so guilty when I eat it. Now you made me hungry for pancakes or waffles.
