*looking around for Jean* She's back today isn't she? :)

DH and I are boxing this morning and I've got a few appointments today as well. I've been working on a promotion with one of the step teachers where we're going to bring as many trainers into class one day to step so that the group fitness junkies can get to know the trainers and hopefully realize that they should round out their exercise program with personal training, or at least, strength training. I think we have about 6 trainers willing to participate so far... I'm excited about this.

Breakfast: detour bar

Snack: peanut butter banana toast

Lunch: turkey wrap?

Snack/Dinner: Not sure...we have a few odds and ends in the fridge so I'll have to see what we can come up with.

That sounds like a good idea to work with the GF instructors and the trainers. Now I haven't been to a good cross section of the classes at my gym (I stick to a few in the morning) but I am pretty sure that I am one of the few, if not THE ONLY instructor who takes classes as well as teach them. And I've certainly never seen a personal trainer wander down to the aerobics room!

Breakfast: banana, babybel, soy milk
Lunch: probably Boston Pizza, bbq chicken pizza and greek salad
Dinner: egg drop corn chowder

Really? No personal trainers in the aerobics room? That's kinda sad. Although, I suppose that's mainly true at my gym as well. There are only a few of us who take classes regularly. I personally think it's good for business for me to be in classes (even though I take the classes as a member.. not as staff). I think it's good for the members to see that we sweat too. :)

welcome back! glad you had a good time and your daughter is fine. maybe she just needed some alone time with her daddy.

tonight i am teaching hi/lo, it's my second to last class and then i'm not teaching that class anymore. i have a lot of social engagements today, for me at least. i'm having lunch with a friend, and then tonight T and i are having dinner with our neighbors.

because of that, food is a bit uncertain. all i've had is coffee so far today. i think for lunch i'm going to have big salad, but it depends on where my friend wants to go. for dinner i think we are going out for pizza, but again, that's up in the air.

Sounds like you had a great time skiing Jean! Glad to hear the weather cooperated with you!

Woke-up today in a grumpy mood - not sure why. But I'm hoping as the day progesses, my mood will improve. I plan on doing my BodyStep class tonight. Hopefully my kiddies will be healthy enough to go to child care.

Breakfast: Eggbeater omelet with salsa and pineapples on the side

Lunch: Cooked Tuna with applesauce & an orange

Snack: Fruit & cottage cheese

Dinner: Chicken

I did step and yoga today. The regular teacher is still on maternity leave, and the yoga sub just didn't show up, so the director subbed the class. OMG, it was so much fun. I hated yoga until today! It was challenging because we did a lot of balancing and strength stuff. Of course, today my equilibrium is all out of wack. This kid is making me ADD and unbalanced :P

Food:
kashi golean crunch
bananas, v-day candy hearts
quesadillas
kashi bar
chicken something or another, haven't decided what to do with the chicken yet, I'm just glad to get some home cooking tonight :)

Tommorrow I have my doctors appointment to get the official test. I'm not mad anymore, that is good, but I am still confused on what to do and a little scared about having 3 kids who are 25 months apart each!

I just have a hard time believing that I will get hired while I am pregnant. I know there are instructors who are pregnant, but they got their jobs pre-pregnancy.

I went through my five year goals list, and really the only thing that is going to be different is adding on another kid, and not finishing school next year. I am really happy that i don't have to finish school, but I am confused about whether or not I should finish the semester (and finish the assistantship). I know I shouldn't quit, but I am having a really hard time concentrating. If I don't finish the semester I can get certified aerobics asap, but like I said, I don't think I will get hired as a pregnant lady :P

Oh, and Faith will only be 4, not old enough for school, unless we can find a way to afford preschool.

You can get certified and that won't be a problem.

I thought about that, but I have to be enrolled in classes in order to work on my thesis. So, I would eventually have to return to school. It's not the pregnancy that is causing me to loose concentration, it is being pregnancy (the shock value and nerves) that has my mind going 100 mpm. I was up the last two nights just thinking of all that I need to do, all that I want to do, and all that I will have to do. Silly really, but this came as a big surprise on Monday morning.

I plan to get certified while I am pregnant, it is just a matter of when I will get out of school (now or in May).
