The Thursday night girl cancelled muscle conditioning again this week. So I did 15 minute ab class, then a 30 "station" class, which was cool. 2 minutes jump rope, 2 minutes lunges, 2 minutes kickbacks, 2 minutes step and so on...Then did biceps, chest and shoulders on my own.

Breakfast: Egg beaters, spinach and tomatoe
Lunch: Salad and low carb soy pasta with broccoli and cheese
Snack: Cereal and balance bar
Dinner: Turkey and cheese sandwich (i think)

Snack: grapes, granola bar

Lunch: salad, smoked turkey w/roasted red pepper on whole wheat

Snack: hummus and celery

Dinner: chili, broccoli, strawberries with lite cool whip

Well it is official, I'm due September 28. I went to the doc this morning so I didn't workout. Plus, I have some head cold thing comming on and should probably rest anyway. It gave me extra time to do homework.

Food:
kashi golean crunch
skittles
chicken sandwich, baked lays
kashi bar
don't know what will look good in the cafeteria at night

I'm not working hard at the gym and I don't know what it's about!

Maybe it's time for some personal training? That's the way I was feeling before I went on vacation. Lazy and unmotivated... uncharacteristic for a gymrat. You might also need some new tunes to listen to during cardio. I always look forward to cardio when I know I have new music. I think having some regular training has helped me get my rear in gear.

That's a good idea. It's definitely time.

It did hurt, but it was like getting your ears pierced. There's the initial sting, but it goes away quickly and you are left with a slightly throbbing ear, or in this case bikini area. I've also had tattoos done (two, to be exact). The first one didn't hurt that much, but the second one I felt like I had to be sedated - it hurt that bad!

Red Robin is a family restaurant. They specialize in "gourmet burgers". Balloons for the kids and a great kids menu (note: that is the order of preference for my kids). I had a turkey burger which was very good! It wasn't dry and they put a slightly spicy mayo on the top.

I had a Brazilian once and it was worse than labor pains.

no you do NOT want a brazilian!

i don't know why she only did the top part, she should have gone down the sides. actually, she should have asked you want you wanted, but if she didn't ask, the "default" would be to basically wax everything that would normally show when you are wearing a normal bathing suit.

not all waxers are equal - i've been to some bad ones in my life. sounds like you found one that isn't very good. you could just be more specific in your instructions next time, but if it were me, i'd get recommendations from someone and try a different waxer.
