Good luck with the aerobathon tomorrow! Let us know how it all turns out.

I've got a few appointments today and also my boxing lesson. My gray is starting to come through so I have a date with the hair dye tonight. Our plan for tomorrow is to start going through the house, de-personalizing it and boxing things up. Sunday we're having our annual Superbowl party.

Food is a guess at this point...

Breakfast: peanut butter banana toast

Snack: Zone bar

Late lunch: turkey wrap, green beans, pudding

Snack: cherry flavored cranberries

Dinner: lean cheeseburger, baked fries, salad

For me it's back on track day after weigh in and cheat night last night. WOW was it good though. We went to a local place here, I had a grilled chicken sub, fries, and a YUMMY dessert.


So today I am downing the water to combat the sodium.


Breakfast - The new Special K vanilla and almond. I am underwhelmed

I am taking the day off from working out. My back is sore, I have been working out hard, so I think I need a day off.

Breakfast: Egg beaters, spinach, mushrooms
Lunch: 2 veggie burgers, plain, salad
Snack: Pria Bar
Dinner: Turkey sandwhich

Good luck tomorrow, Jean! I'll be doing my BodyStep tomorrow morning, so I'll be thinking of you as I'm mambo-ing off my step ;o)!

Today is my work-all-day day, but it's going to be cut short. DD is still coughing and had me up from 12:30 - 2:30 coughing and complaining of an earache. Ugh! I hope it's not an ear infection. Anyway, I have an appointment with the dr this afternoon. The little boy I watch will be picked up before 3:00. I hope to be out of the drs office by the time I start my other job (6:00pm).

Breakfast: Egg beaters, FF cheese, salsa, peaches

Lunch: Either vege chili or left over shepherd's pie (I made that last night, but I had to go to my hair appointment - I didn't have time to eat it)

Snack: Probably a protein bar since I'll be in the doctor's office

Dinner: Whichever item I didn't have for lunch

I did spin today (usually do it about once a year) but I did the whole song either standing or sitting, no going up and down because that really does some nasty things to my butt crack. I have the day off from work but this afternoon I am going to be a domestic goddess and scrub the bathrooms and cook meatball soup for my boyfriend.

Breakfast: banana, babybel cheese
Snack: veggie chips (I love the string beans the best), veggies and dip
Lunch: roasted veggies, bbq chicken breast
Dinner: aforementioned meatball soup.

This weekend (tomorrow especially) we are going to be very bad foodwise, but I am trying to minimize the damage...breakfast Saturday will be 10 grain pancakes (from a mix) and dinner will be Chinese. Saturday afternoon I have a wedding to play piano at, and the last time I saw the bride, about a month ago...she was already looking to pop. So I hope she doesn't go into labour in the middle of the ceremony or somsething.

good luck with the aerobathon. i'm so sad to be missing it!

i'm not working out today or for the next few days because i'm recovering from my surgery yesterday. which actually turns out to be good timing, because i have a sore throat and i think i'm getting some kind of cold/virus. so i can just get all that over with at the same time and hopefully be 100% by the end of next week.

since i'm home today and don't feel like cooking, i don't know exactly what i'll eat today, but it will involve leftover curry supreme with added veggies, thai soup with rice noodles (comes in a bag, like ramen) and veggies, lots of herbal tea and probably some bread and earth balance.

No workout today because I couldn't get the kids out of bed this morning. They were pretty tired. I may try to go this afternoon. I hate working out in the afternoon because it is hard to get motivated with so much other stuff to do.

food:
kashi golean crunch
banana, v-day candy
3/4 hotdog, apple, baked lays
kashi bar
don't know if we are celebrating the pregnancy with some friends, or staying in

Oh, the cravings have begun. I really, really, really want lo mein. I love the cabbage and the noodles, but it seems like such an oily food at the restuarants. Does anybody know a healthy, yet tasty, way to prepare veggie lo mein?
