I am hurting pretty bad, my hamstrings are killing me, I stood up this morning to get out of bed and actually fell down, my legs were just not ready to move.

Last night was my one night I take off the gym, should I take another day off? Or should I go and try and do something?

Before Christmas I would take Thursday & Friday off, than I started going Friday's to try and combat my Thursday night cheat night. I was doing well before I added that day back in.

I am just not sure about going tonight because of how bad I hurt.

LOL well I am, I hit the ladies room here at work about every thirteen mins. Forgive us we are engineers we time these things. Than I gulp down one while I eat dinner to make me fuller (is that a word?).

So I peeeeeeeeeeeee all night long too. Wow is it annoying.

Even before I was on WW or trying to loose weight it would be all I drink. I don't like soda except for the once a week or so diet coke.

I love milk I could drink a gallon a day, so we don't keep it in the house unless I am eating cereal.

It keeps my skin clear for the most part at least.

I did not mean to be so drastic, but I dont know how you do it. I was just shocked when I saw 240 ounces, I immediately pulled out my calculator and did the math.

Not sure, I have always been a huge water drinker.

I enjoy water a lot, I never really looked at the oz's until a few months ago when we did a water challenage on my WW board.

I was kind of suprised I drink that much.

Hi,

With all the water, can i ask if you also take anything with caffeine? One of my goals is drinking more water, but since i'm a huge tea-drinker, i'm afraid i'll be visiting the bathroom even more often than i do now!

Oh, i love your avatar - couldn't resist returning the hug! Is that Hello Kitty???

It's not Hello Kitty but I love her. I have a whole room of Hello Kitty goodies.

I drink tea every now and again. I really don't have a lot of caffine in my diet to speak of.

The new recommendation is, for women, that you get 10-11 cups a day BUT that also includes what you get from other drinks (including tea), fruits, vegetables, etc.

i've heard that's only an issue for endurance athletes who are sweating out a lot of electrolytes. if you aren't sweating buckets, it shouldn't be a problem.
