I went to the gym last night and walked for 35 mins on the treadmill. It wasn't too bad, I did it on a rnadom hill program on a pretty intensity level. I actually feel a little better when I am standing or moving. So it helped. Than did some abs.


Today I am going and I am not sure what I want to do, I think I am going to stick to the Precor and a different elliptical we have, they give me a good workout and I think it will be a lot less impact for me.


Tomorrow if I am up to it, I am trying a basic hi/lo aerbics class. I want to give it a shot. We will see what my legs are saying tomorrow morning.
