Starting a fresh thread. Again, I'm seeking daily success in one area to help get myself back on track with long term goals and success. I need to feel good about something before I tackle the major stuff:-)

Saturday's goal-- take Loki mutt for a long walk when we are done carving.

Sunday's goal-- ten sit-ups or push-ups for each commercial break during the superbowl!

Side note: Did anyone else get hooked on The Biggest Loser? I loved the day that the trainer (can't remember which one but it sounds like Jillian) made them do the 500 situps, squats, pushups? There is a long term goal I would like to do!

you might not get a good workout from running at first. like kiervin said, her cardiovascular system could handle the running, but her IT band couldn't. your joints/tendons, etc. have to slowly get acclimitized to the running or you'll get hurt. you could easily destroy your knees running without ever feeling like you are hitting a high RPE.

being a runner is a fine line between putting enough miles on your legs so that you slowly build up to the impact and not putting SO many miles on your legs that your
