It's probably not "true" weight gain so if you go back to your normal eating, it'll come off.

So tired today I was up to late with SuperBowl festivities, Yeah Pats!

Breakfast: Egg Beaters, spinach, mushrooms
Lunch: Salad, veggie burger
Dinner: Chicken Sausage and onions

Abs class and muscle conditioning class, I usually do cardio also but I am not going to make it to do any cardio today, too tired.

Happy Chinese New Year...I thought that there was supposed to be fruit present at Chinese New Year,,,,my friend's family used to put oranged around the house.

Had a few clients and did step and had a PT session.

Breakfast: Kashi w/milk

Snack: grapes and granola

Lunch: salad, 2 fat free hot dogs on wheat

Snack: homemade dip with celery

Dinner: Cheeseburger on wheat, strawberries

Okay, modification of lunch- I went to Barnes and Noble to do some work, so I wouldn't be distracted around the house. I went to Whole Foods and made a salad from the salad bar- spinach, cukes, green peppers, broccoli, a couple cubes of marinated tofu, a smattering of some sort of tasty wheatberry salad thing, and some shredded carrots on top. Small cup of vinagrette to dip things in. So I will have a very small dinner.

That sounds good! I've never looked at their salad bar but I might check it out next time. My problem is, I pile on so much stuff that it ends up costing a fortune for me at salad bars.
