Good morning! What a great morning already--my husband is going into work late today and he got the kids off to school so I could sleep in.

I did my BodyStep this morning and now I'm staying home with my kiddies. I can't wait for warmer weather - they are all so stir crazy, I'm about to go mad!
Breakfast: Applesauce & peaches with soy protein powder.
Lunch: Turkey, a little mayo, and one slice of ww bread and a salad
Dinner: Not sure yet.

Didn't want to post my journal w/ birthday wishes for Jean.
Teach 3 classes: Mindful Movement; weight lifting; kickboxing.
Breakfast: Almond Fudge Clif bar, hot lemon water, ginseng-green tea
Meal 2: szechuan steamed tofu & veggies; japanese green tea
Meal 3: fresh salsa, cuke, red pepper & avocado on a multigrain wrap; ginseng green tea
Supper: either another batch of szechuan tofu & veggie OR ww-veg pasta w/ tofu-tomato sauce
Snacks: fresh fruit, pistachios, herbal tea, piece dark choc. w/ almond

Not much going on here. Still trying to recuperate from our weekend trip to NC. It was too much driving in too short a time. The baptism went well and we enjoyed seeing all the grandchildren together. Had to get pictures since the next time we will all be together, there will be another baby in the picture.
I taught my hi/lo today and only had 4 people. I do hate that the "regulars" who have not taken my class have decided that I don't do a hard enough class and won't even give it a try. All I heard today was how sore the 4 were after taking the unsafe cardio kickboxing class yesterday. They think tons of reps of kicks and punches on the same side until total muscle fatigue is a good class. Ugh! I can't believe the instructor is kick boxing certified by AFAA. Please tell me to get off my soapbox. Sorry I did it again.
Eating is ok today. I am just trying to keep the portions under control. Things are just too hectic for me to really concentrate on counting points and watching every single thing I put into my mouth.
Got a call to sub 2 classes tomorrow morning. I am glad...it will get me up and out even though I will be missing my favorite class at another gym.

i'm fine, in fact i'm great! i got spayed! it's pretty minor surgery, just one little incision inside my bellybutton, but it's a weird type of soreness i'm not used to. and i think my navel ring is irritating it and making it worse, but i am too worried about my piercing closing up to leave it out.
