1) What was the last muscle that you worked?

My abs yesterday

2) What is your favorite group to lift with?

Legs or chest

3) Does your favorite change?

Occasionally

4) What is your least favorite?

Triceps

5) What was the last one you admired/checked out on yourself (be honest!)?

My shoulders yesterday. I was doing upright rows with a bar and noticed more definition than I've seen before. If only I could walk around in that position all day, my upper body would look awesome. :)

If we could only walk around in poses that show off what we like!

Here's an additional question--how would you walk around if you could to look your best?

1) What was the last muscle that you worked?
I honestly worked them all last night. I ran 3 miles to get outside before the next blizzard comes. Then I did a muscle conditioning class, and I think I worked all my muscles.

2) What is your favorite group to lift with? Group, I am confused muscle group or group of people. I guess my favorite muscle group is the biceps, because I think it is the easiest.

3) Does your favorite change? Nope, I always pick the easy one. I hate lifting.

4) What is your least favorite? Triceps, because I have the most difficulty with them.

5) What was the last one you admired/checked out on yourself (be honest!)? My shoulders are very easy for me get in great looking shape and fast. It does not take much effort for the return (if that makes sense). It is just that one part of my body you can see the muscle no matter what and when I work at it, it definitely shows. I wish I could say the same for my ABS and my BUTT. But anyway last night at the gym I had on a long sleeve sweater with hood and I could see my shoulder muscles through the long sleeve T. I was quite impressed with myself.
