Good morning everyone!
I just got back from the gym. There was a new girl in class who got dizzy and had to stop but plugged her way through class. Then everyone in the class did something I've never seen before, they all went up to her and told her their, "we all were beginners once" story! Today is Chinese New Year - Gung hay fat choy.
pre-gym breakfast: Banana, babybel, soy milk
post-gym breakfast: bagel, cream cheese, spinach, smoked salmon
lunch: greek salad & bbq chicken pizza from Boston Pizza
dinner: treating myself to spinach salad from Montana's

I've only got a few clients today. I'm doing an hour of cardio (25 minutes of which will be my coolrunning program which went very well yesterday, btw) and then my friend is training me. Our realtor is coming over today to sign listing papers and she's bringing a realtor friend with her who has clients who may be interested in our house. The real estate market is absolutely crazy in Phoenix right now. I am much more worried about finding a house than selling my own. :)
Breakfast: banana peanut butter toast
Snack: grapes, granola
Lunch: lentil burger, salad
Snack: celery and onion dip
Dinner: ww past with marinara and cheese, banana faux ice cream (I'll explain what this is... you freeze chunks of banana and then defrost them for about 15 minutes and throw them in the food processor with a tablespoon of cocoa. Let the food processor run for a few minutes and you have this very creamy ice-cream-like texture.)
That's great--what a good class you have.
Glad the program went well for you, too. I think it's very do-able.

Salsa night tonight - 5:30 - 6:30 I will let you know what I think and hopefully I won't end up killing myself like last week. Hopefully I can get out of the office in time to catch this class.
I will do about 45 mins of cardio in addition to that and some abs since weigh in is tomorrow. I am not showing a huge loss which is upsetting since I have been really switching things up.
I was posting on my WW board about what I have been eating and what activity I have been doing and the leaders there don't think I am eating enough. It is quite possible I never eat my activity points.

I am taking Thursday-Sunday off the gym, this is the first time I have done this since August. I am going out of town again this weekend and really won't have the time to go. I am not happy about it but I will try to take a few walks and such to kind of keep loose and hope that helps. Honestly it may be what my body needs too.
Going back to KS City, to see the ex fiance' we are trying to work some things out, right now we are just enjoying spending time together.
But I fly late Friday and we have a date saturday and fly again Sunday so I don't think the gym is going to be high on my list. We will see, I know I will need to do something or the Catholic guilt will take over. hehe.
