Thought I'd jump on the bandwagon and start one- mainly because I want to post, but won't have computer access all day while I'm babysitting. Things have been shaky with the boyfriend the past couple of days, and consequently, I haven't been eating much- I get physically ill when things like this happen- it's weird. I'm not hungry and nothing will stay in my system for very long- I don't throw up, it just seems to get "processed" quickly, if you know what I mean- sorry if that was gross.
Anyway...
Breakfast: bowl of "Essentials" from Trader Joe's (it's tasty- I recommend it) w/ soymilk
Lunch: yogurt, carrots & hummus, pita
Dinner: FINALLY making that sandwich I've been wanting
Snack after dinner, cuz my best friend is coming over at 7 to work out, and I don't want to be full up and get a cramp or anything.

I know it is weird you are not even trying to eat less and it just happens. Me and my boyfriend went through a rough patch a few years ago and boy did the weight fall off fast. I think it is stress. I am sure it will work out.
Breakfast: Egg beaters and spinach
Lunch: Salad with Chicken terryaki on it, lite italian dressing
Dinner: I bought some healthy choice hot dogs for the superbowl, I might try one tonight.
Snack: Balance bar and some cereal
Workout - Not sure yet, hopefully abs class and muscle conditioning class, if not cancelled due to snow.
going to the gym around 11 to lift lower body and do some cardio - hopefully elliptical if i can get one of the machines i like. i'm sore from lifting upper body yesterday - i like it.
no exercise tonight, we are going out to see a friend's band play. i wish dc clubs were smoke free. (just a mini-rant there.)
food-
one flax waffle with warm raspberries and strawberries (w/raw sugar stirred in), coffee
luna bar
tofu and veggie stirfry on brown rice, smoothie
eggplant with garbanzo mealy thing for dinner, grapefruit
maybe a snack at the club if i get hungry - they have some good vegan food there.
I had a bad bad night last night, was supposed to sub this morning but I called the gym at 2:30am (they're 24hr) and cancelled. I still have 5.5 hours of piano teaching tonight but I'm going to talk to my boss to see if I can shorten my night. I'm not sure if this is even possible, but the hours I'm teaching there are killing me, plus I do homework prep at home. I would really like to stay home from teaching piano today as well, but they don't let me call in sick there.

Lunch - couscous, grape tomatoes, spinach, if I can motivate myself to get dressed to go to the store and get some chicken, I will.
Dinner - Amy's pizza, tomato & mozarella salad
Today's one of my long days. I'm home just for a couple of hours to grab lunch and a shower. Did an hour of cardio which included day three of my coolrunning program. It went remarkably well although I noticed something interesting. When I used to do my intervals before, I'd run for a minute at about 7.0 mph and my HR would get up to about 180ish. With these jogging intervals, I'm running at 5.3 mph and my HR gets to about the same. Odd. Looking forward to the challenge next week!

Snack: banana yogurt shake
Lunch: orange chicken burrito, edamame, dark chocolate
Snack: protein bar
Dinner: sandwich
Things got very busy today, so I won't be working out. I saw a house this morning (we're looking to move). Ugh! The listing said it needed TLC - that was an understatement! It needed an Extreme Home Makeover! Then it was my daughter's Valentine's Day Party at school. It was too cute! Today is grocery day - so had to do that. Next is my son's swim lessons. I'll be at the club, but just won't have the chance to work out. Tonight, I have a meeting at work and then I'm going to a concert after that. Then I'll collapse!
Breakfast: Peaches, applesauce, & vege links
Lunch: Turkey on bread with roasted peppers & mozzerella cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Dinner: I think I'm going to have a salad - something light.

Sorry things are shaky with you and boyfriend. Hope things work out for what is best for you. Oh, you weren't gross at all.
I don't have much time to post today. I subbed a class this morning and have to sub 2 this evening. I am already tired. I kicked my own butt yesterday in the boot camp class. I hope I make it through the two classes tonight...thank goodness the second one is Pilates.
Eating is ok today...not very hungry myself. Just had oatmeal with some soy butter today so far. Planning on a chicken salad wrap for dinner even though I made a big pot of chili and bakes a cut up chicken. Made the chicken salad with leftover oven stuffer. Anyway, have to go and pay the business bills so I can cross that chore off my list of things to do.
