I would go for the turkey pita. HOwever, if you are really craving the whopper jr., the pita won't cut it and you might eat something else. So, go for what you really want if it saves you pts/calories in the long run.
I generally try to go for the healthier choice, vs. calories or fat UNLESS I'm going for the splurge in which case I get the full fat experience. I'd guess the turkey has more veggies?
Calories are easier to burn than fat.
Plus you have to take other factors like cholestoral and sugar into account.
Go with the pita =)
