I think I *could*, I just think I probably shouldn't. :) I've done an hour of cardio 5 days in a row now, plus weight training and should probably do something a little more moderate tomorrow.
Hi, all...no workout for me today. I am just too sore! Doing 3 classes yesterday was just too much for this 55 year old body! I also messed up. I thought the first class in the evening was at 5:30 and it was supposed to be 5:15. I was 15 minutes late so I had to go over timewise and ended up getting home later than I expected.
DD stayed over last night because wood floors in the house were being installed and finished. The fumes were too much for her and with being in her 8th month, it would not have been good to stay at her place. She snores badly with the pregnancy and had me up most of the night. Needless to say, I am tired! Future grandbaby is measuring 4 lbs 7 oz and she isn't due until Apr. 3rd. I really don't think she will go that long and I do know the sonograms are not accurate with baby size. But, her tummy is pretty big!
Planning low fat fettucine alfredo tonight for dinner. Already running out of ideas on what to make with no meat on Fridays for lent. Oh, I am ok with just about anything...family is picky.
I'm tired! I was home by midnight from my concert last night, but woke up at 5:30! Gosh, I thought I was a pretty cool adult for going to a rock concert . . . but going to a mosh pit . . . (this concert didn't have any mosh pits)! Anyway, it was a great concert and I enjoyed an evening with my sister!
Today started out great! I had a playdate at my house and things went a little downhill from there (one of the moms brought brownies).
It's kind of a local band (Chicago), but I believe they do play other areas - Austin, TX for one. It's called Poi Dog Pondering. I've been a huge fan of theirs for years!
