I hope everyone has a nice Valentine's Day. I celebrated mine kind of all weekend LOL.
I went with the intention of eating all weekend and not working out. I really didn't over induldge. I ended up going out. We went to KC Masterpiece which I love so we figured why not. I ate some spinich dip not a ton, half a buffalo burger, fries, potato salad, and dessert. All in all I felt I kept it under control, obviously not health food however.
I drank a ton of diet pop this weekend I am not sure why, I have been really thirsty.
I worked out Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday I didn't do a ton, I ran for 45 mins and did a lot of ab work. Sunday I did an hour of cardio. Plus ran through the airport.
I am feeling kind of uneasy about something. I didn't work out Thursday or Friday, and I don't think I am going tonight, I have to unpack, we have NO WW friendly food in the house and I work till almost 7 tonight so I am thinking the gym might not be in the plans today either. :(
The man behaved, we had a nice time. Greeted at the airport with flowers and such, presents when I got home, new pink nike running shoes and a new diamond necklace :) Overall it was a pretty romantic weekend and very nice.




LOL yes I did.
I am used to the "old" him, so I an enjoying (cautiously) the new him.
