I had a really bad night last night, I may need to see my GP to see what I can do in the meantime before my psychiatrist appt. in May. This morning I am teaching sculpting, then I'm going to have an afternoon nap hopefully, then teach piano and step, and then after that I finally have my massage appointment.

Breakfast: bagel, salad mix, cream cheese, smoked salmon, glass of V8
Lunch: Amy's organic mac & cheese, roasted veggies
Dinner: sushi and seaweed salad if I can find some at the store

you should try those jerky things i was talking about - the brand name is primal strips. they are really tasty, portable, shelf-stable, and are high in protein and low in fat. except that they do make you want to floss immediately after eating them.

tonight i'm subbing step and i am supposed to go straight to yoga afterward, but i'm bailing out on yoga. this time slot is just so hard. i'm too tired from valentine's day festivities to stay out until 10 pm. no workout this afternoon because i'm meeting a friend for lunch.

breakfast- coffee, chocolate coated chocolate cake with raspberry choc mousse filling

lunch- probably the usual tofu and veg stirfry, smoothie

dinner- soup with added veggies, leftover homemade pizza from last night

mimosa?

health care sucks, when someone needs to see a doctor, they are expected to wait three months? sounds like a good idea to go to your GP in the meantime, and maybe thenap and the

Is it hard and chewy like jerky? I can't eat meat jerky because of my TMJ.

no it's not as hard and chewy as meat jerky -- it's easy to bite through. it just gets caught in your teeth.

I think I'm catching the workout bug. Yesterday while I was running on the track, I observed the athletic conditioning class. (The track runs around the aerobics area so you can watch classes and listen to the music while you walk/run.) Anyway, I tried the athletic conditioning class one time and nearly died. I left half-way through; the first time I had ever left a class because it was too hard. I think I want to try that class again. I know it's going to be difficult, but I hate thinking that a class is too hard for me.

Breakfast - sausage, eggs

Snack - HoneyBell

Lunch - Homemade Melt (turkey, swiss cheese, raisins, raw baby spinach)

Snack - Ribs

Another snack - HoneyBell

Dinner - Chicken, Salad, green beans and/or some other vegetable

Water, water, water
