I'm going to my favorite step class today. Can't wait!!!

Breakfast - fried eggs, sausage, oatmeal with 1/2 banana

Snack - Pineapple Mango Surprise Drink: pineapple, mango, tomato

Lunch - Baked chicken, salad, green beans

P.M. Snack - Sardines

Dinner - Steak, salad, corn

I'm sure I'll have a couple of HoneyBells during the day, the other half of that banana, maybe some carrot and celery sticks, etc. I get the munchies after feeding dd and start grabbing for stuff. At least I have a bunch of healthy things that are quick to grab until I'm able to get my appetite under control.

Lots of water!

Sorry to go MIA for a couple of days. I worked a few long days and coupled with house stuff, the time just got away from me and I didn't have a chance to get here. I almost always check in here everyday and something feels amiss when I don't. :)

We are closing on our old house and closing on our new house on the same day. We just got word this morning that we got the place we had our eye on. Unfortunately, it's going to mean about a 20 minute commute for me but the area is positively beautiful and largely undeveloped. It's a two-story condo townhome which is going to be a big change from our current 2100 square foot house. We're going from 4 bedrooms to 2 and a 2 car garage to 1. In our current house, we have a pool, spa, front and back yard and in the new house, all we'll have to maintain is a courtyard/patio. Our current house is 5 years old and we built it and our new place is 20 years old. So... lots of change and although I think we'll end up liking it a lot, I'm a creature of habit and change is a little scary for me. There is also some remodeling that will have to be done and truthfully, I'm a little nervous moving into a house where DH and I will have projects to complete. I'm hoping it will be fun and more or less fight-free. :P

Started week two of the jogging program yesterday and it went well. I was tired by the end of it. :) I'll do the jogging program again today.

No clue on food today. Today is an off-diet day so my meals are a little more sporadic. Also, DH is going out of town tomorrow so we'll have some running around to do tonight before he leaves.

I went to the gym last night! Thankfully I got the sleepiness out of my system long enough to run for 45 mins and than did the bike for 15. Some ab work and went home to the furnace not working, so did about 30 laps on the stairs too LOL.

Ugh the joys of owning a home. BARF!

I tried something new for breakfast and REALLY enjoyed it.

(2) FF Special K Egg Waffles - 2pts

I took one packet of Splenda and some cinnamon and sprinkled it on my waffles, it was yummy!

Yougurt - 2pts

Bananna - 2pts

Lunch:

I am going to have to grab something on the go, either Subway or a salad from Burger King

Dinner:

Lean Cuisine and some FF whole wheat bread

Apple & PB

FF Choc. Pudding

Some baby carrots.

Hi! I have tried the Kathy Smith 5 day jump start plan and have it printed out. I had tried again recently but life got in the way. It is a good plan since you can eat 4 times a day and still eat the "good" carbs.

No formal workout planned for today but I have the elliptical and Pilates on the brain. Pregnant DD is coming over after work to use the treadmill at the 5' 8" and under gym...my basement. I might workout along side of her on the elliptical. We did that Saturday and it was "fun" for both of us.

I am taking Undone out for lunch for her birthday so food is up in the air too. The scale was kind to me today so I hope to stick to healthy eating.

Have a great day all...

Let us know how the diet goes! It does sound easy - I love it when they tell you what to eat ;o)!

I plan on doing BodyStep tonight. I didn't sleep well last night and I'm feeling a bit tired right now. I'm going to try to take a little nap in the afternoon - if my kiddies will let me!

Breakfast: Egg beaters omelet with ff cheese & salsa, plus some strawberries

Lunch: Vege chili

Snack: cottage cheese & applesauce

Dinner: I'm going to be a little bad - Smoked sausage (I love that), applesauce & broccoli.

Have a wonderful Hump Day everyone!
