Here I am late again, but its still nice to touch base here. Only had one class today, a new crosstraining one I put together (this was the third week), but it was a killer. I got some really positive feedback (so I'm gonna brag ;-P). One person said it was the best class she'd done in years, another wants me to offer it 2-3X/week and someone told me she heard a couple others say in the locker room that they lost 5lbs. in class. And I was worried about how it go over. So, I did 45 min. of yoga after to recuperate & deflate my fat head a bit. ;-)
Breakfast: fruit & soy protein smoothie; jasmine-green tea
Meal 2: ww-flax bagel w/ PB; coffee
Meal3: salad of greens, cukes, celery, carrot, red pepper & pickled asparagus; piece of dark choc. w/ almonds
Supper: panini topped w/ bruschetta, artichoke, asparagus, red pepper & I'll sprinkle a little green onion on when its done baking; V8 w/ hot sauce
Snacks: fresh fruit; carrots w/ roasted red pepper hummus; # 1 Son & I are planning on baking a giant oatmeal choc. chip cookie (guilt free - its made w/ ww flour, oatmeal, banana instead of egg, etc. - the best oatmeal cookie ever believe it of not); herbal tea
actually, part of the problem was that it is too EARLY. it's at 5:45 and i can't get to it from work on time.
but also, i'm just over having regularly scheduled classes, and i was never very excited about teaching hi/lo. now i only have one class a week - kickboxing - which i like teaching much better than hi/lo and also it is a better workout. since i still teach one class, i still get free membership, and that is really the only reason i am willing to do a regular class at all.
