Very long day today....I probably won't be able to check back to the board until tomorrow. I have a long meeting this morning and then a few clients. I can't come back home to shower because they're doing the inspection and appraisal today. I'm not sure if I'll have time to work out today, but if I do, I'll be doing cardio.
Breakfast: kashi w/milk
Snack: Detour bar
Lunch: peppered turkey w/lettuce on ww, broccoli
Snack: grapes and granola
Dinner: Fake chicken sandwich, salad

Ack! Which journal to I reply too?? Well, since I was on this post already, I'll reply here.
I will be taking a BodyFlow class this morning - for the first time. The kiddies are off from school today, so I'll be able to take an earlier class. BodyFlow is a combination of Pilates, Tai Chi, and Yoga all done to music. I've heard people rave about the class, so I though I'd try it out. I'll let you know how it went!
Breakfast: Applesauce, pineapple & protein powder.
Lunch: Turkeyburger, salsa & fruit
Snack: SmartZone Bar
Dinner: Not sure yet - whatever I find at the grocery store today!

Very boring day today. That is not to say it's not busy..just boring. Going to boot camp in a few minutes, followed by 5 hours of piano teaching.
Breakfast: banana, babybel, soy milk
Lunch: roasted veggies & pasta
Dinner: spicy noodles and a salad
