going to go to the gym after work lift weights (unless the machines are crowded, never been to this gym at this time of day before)
no workout during lunch because i'm getting my hair cut. i want bangs like jennifer garner. i was just looking for a pic online to bring to the stylist and dang it, why is that woman so frippin' beautiful?? last night on Alias she was wearing these little rectangular wire-rimmed glasses and she was so beautiful it hurt to look at her.
I went to the gym at night for the first time in a long time. I saw all of the guys that I used to play basketball with many years ago. I told them that I was "retired" and didn't play anymore. The gym has a very different atmosphere at night...
Breakfast - eggs, sausage, banana, oatmeal
Snack - HoneyBell
Lunch - Turkey Melt (see recipe below), salad
Snack - Tuna, pickle
Dinner - Roast, salad, green beans
Celery and carrot sticks throughout the day as well as water.
I'm lifting today. I haven't tried benching yet. I'm weak with push-ups so I haven't been optimistic about it.
Workout is done...I decided to stay home and get it done here. I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and then did a Pilates DVD. My hip has been bothering me and I hope doing the Pilates will get things back in allignment. It is supposed to.
Nothing else planned today except maybe meeting Undone later and go to Jazzercise with her. IT is hard going out at night Jean. I do understand. Curious to hear what the class is about.
Food...not sure for the whole day.
Decaf tea with ff milk before working out. Brunch: Egg substitute omelet with peppers, onions, asparagus and maybe a piece of soy cheese. One slice flourless sesame whole grain bread. Decaf tea with ff milk.
Snack: fruit
Dinner: leftover chicken with lots of veggies and salad.
Well, thanks to all of your encouragement I'm going to try out a kickboxing class tonight. I wonder if I should eat dinner before I go, or afterwards? It's at 6:30, but our usual dinnertime is at around 6. What do you guys think?
Anyway, here is what I ate or will be eating today:
breakfast - whole wheat toast, 2 slices of turkey bacon snack - yoplait lunch - rosemary garlic chicken sandwich on honey wheat bread, green salad snack - soy crisps dinner - maybe chicken stir-fry with rice, and some kind of soup & salad on the side? snack - fudge bar and/or strawberries

Breakfast: multi-grain english muffin w/cherry preserves
Lunch: peach yogurt, apple, granola bar
Dinner: ham, cheese and veggies on a wrap- should eat light before going to yoga.
