Nothing exciting planned for the weekend- unless Wes decides to do something other than work on his silly indoor rock wall. I went to a yoga class last night w/ my best friend- it was really fun, and definitely something I want to keep doing- it will get back my flexibility, etc that I've lost since graduating from college and not having dance classes. No exercise today- babysitting, writing a paper and then going to Wes's for the night.

Breakfast- multi-grain English muffin w/ a little bit of pumpkin butter :)

Lunch- not sure yet- prolly just yogurt and carrots, etc

Dinner- no idea- Although Wes is good about getting fish/chicken and veggies for me, and he'll just make himself a pile of rice or pasta to go along with his portion.

Today I'm doing spinning class, then I am going to go buy a whole whack of fresh makeup (that's fun for sure!) then groceries, and then I'm going to clean the bathrooms and do laundry. BF is coming over for the weekend.

Breakfast: Banana, babybel, soy milk
Lunch: pan fried salmon seasoned with Old Bay, couscous with spinach and grape tomatoes
Dinner: dan-dan noodles - made with WW spaghetti, a spicy sauce and peanut butter (http://www.rolandtanglao.com/photos/2003/11/11/green.village/Pages/2.html)
chinese hairy squash soup (jean, have you had this?)

I might know it by sight but I don't know what it's called.

I have a few clients today. I'll be weight training and cardio (last day of my jogging program this week). Not much else planned, which is kind of a relief.

Breakfast: peanut butter banana toast

Snack: banana yogurt shake (can you tell I have some aging bananas on my counter?)

Lunch: turkey wrap with lettuce, avocado and maybe a little mayo

Snack/Dinner: Not sure. I'm working until 7:30 tonight and not sure if I'm going to try to eat beforehand or what.

we are going to West Virginia tomorrow until Monday, so i won't be around. hopefully we'll try snowshoeing and/or cross country skiing if there is enough snow, otherwise we'll be doing some very muddy hiking. bringing the rubber "hunting" boots just in case. i'm excited, especially to get away from the cat and dog for the weekend. i have to be back to teach cardio kickboxing monday night.

i'm sore from working out last night. today i'm going to spinning at lunch, haven't done it in a few weeks! then taking tonight off to spend some much needed time with tivo and netflix. i watched "the grudge" last night jean - it was ok. among other problems it has, it's not very scary except for a couple of

I heard the Saw is really scary. I hate premises like that, though.

Yup- he's turning the majority of his bedroom into a climbing cavern. It's completely free standing- like a box, but with one wall cut off, which is where his bed and desk are. (The "wall" even has a ceiling) I just think it's hilarious, because his bed is bunked up, so he could have the space, and I have to scale the wall to get into bed!

He actually took me indoor climbing for our second date :) We've gone one other time- it was really fun. I don't have a lot of upper body strength, so I was really sore the next day. But he wants me to learn, so that I can go climb outside with him, once the weather gets nice.
