Well, we just put our house on the market. We're doing it by owner and already had a realtor come knocking on our door. We figured it would happen. So, hopefully, we'll be showing our house this weekend, but the phone hasn't rung once. Kinda discouraging.
Anyway, Fridays are my work-two-jobs days, so I take a day off from working out. I did go to that BodyFlow class yesterday and it was awesome! It was tai chi, yoga, & pilates all done to music. It moves a little faster than yoga, which I like, and a lot of arms & tummy toning moves. I'm hooked! I can't make it to the Thursday morning class since it would be a mad rush from pre-school to the health club. But they have one later that day that I will start attending. Tomorrow I will go to spin class in the morning. Not sure what I'll do on Sunday.
if we build a climbing wall in your basement, we should rig up a pulley so that we can lift a loaf of bread from great harvest bread company up to the ceiling and we have to climb the wall to get it. that will take the boredom out of climbing.
We went to a gym in MD- I don't remember what it was called, though. I'm not sure where Wes goes when he and his friends go outside- I know they go to Carderock sometimes, but not always.

Breakfast: Egg beaters, cheese, salsa, peaches & applesauce
Lunch: Salmon with salsa & avocados, peaches, applesauce & tortilla chips
Snack: cottage cheese & an orange
Dinner: Vege chili

yeah!!! let's build a climbing wall in your basement!! i wonder if you can get plans online - like where to place the holds so it works well.
or we can just pay the $16 and go to the gym. that looks fun too. i can't for the next two weekends, but let's try to go in march sometime!
