I planned to go in early this morning to do cardio but had a lot of trouble sleeping last night. I remembered that I'm doing a 5 mile cancer walk up a mountain on Saturday and that skipping cardio today would be fine. I've got a couple of clients, my friend and I are working out and then I go to meso this afternoon. The nice thing is that I'll have the afternoon off.

Breakfast: banana yogurt shake

Snack: Detour bar

Lunch: Fake chicken sandwich, salad

Snack: grapes and granola

Dinner: ww spaghetti with marinara and cheddar

I'm not doing Jump Start, but I'll post my journal entry here. I'm either going to start week 3 of the running program or try that athletic conditioning class (level X). That class is so hard! I'm not sure if I'm ready for it yet...

Breakfast - oatmeal, raisins, spinach omelet

A.M. Snack - HoneyBell

Lunch - Ribs, Salad

P.M. Snack - Tuna

Dinner - Moroccan salmon with cabbage

I'm not doing the jump start either.

For those of you who don't know, my parents are away in Hong Kong until mid-March, and since they've been gone EVERYTHING in the house has been breaking! First a light in the hallway, then a power outlet in the bathroom, the shower head in another bathroom, and now the garage door won't open! Plus last week I got a virus on my computer. My poor bf has been fixing stuff for me every weekend! The garage door broke yesterday, and of course it had to snow last night, so this morning I am going to have to shovel a bit and dig out my car. Teaching step tonight.

Breakfast: bagel, spinach, cream cheese, smoked salmon
Lunch: Chicken & roasted veggies?
Dinner: salmon with Old Bay (this was SO good I have to have it again) couscous with grape tomatoes and spinach

At least your parents are lucky enough to have you there to take care of it!

I'm not doing Jump Start either, but I'll post my journal here as well.

DS woke us up at 11:30 last night because he couldn't breathe through his nose AND that he had to go to the bathroom (he's 5). DD had me up a couple of hours the night before and I was totally exhausted. Needless to say, I wasn't a nice mommy. But the guilt came on strong and I went back to his room and rocked him to sleep. Then I couldn't go to sleep for a few hours - how frustrating! I hope to do my BodyFlow class tonight, but even blow drying my hair wore me out! I'm going to do it anyway and just do the best I can.

Breakfast: Egg beaters & cheese omelet with salsa and a piece of toast with a side of applesauce.

Lunch: Vege chili

Snack: Apple & natural peanut butter

Dinner: Salad with turkey & cuccumbers

Man, I've been sick for the past few days, not to mention having a project due this past week, and so I've been slacking in the work-out dept. Arg...just when I try to get back into things, something messes it up. Grad school really messes with your schedule. My best friend and I are going to work out tonight, though. And I might do my Pilates video this afternoon or go on the treadmill, if I have time.

Breakfast: Wes was here, so eggs and breakfast sausage- I'd buy the "fake" ones except that he won't eat them. I rarely eat them anyway, so I suppose once in awhile won't hurt.

Lunch: yogurt, carrots & hummus, or maybe a sandwich on a wrap

Dinner: Best friend is bring over veggies and hummus and pita to nibble on after working out while we watch American Idol- someone I know from college is on it!
