Nope, I didn't change my pace. I'm still running pretty darn slow. :) I think it was just taxing on my lungs and hamstrings. Oowie. Good luck tomorrow!

Btw, running for one minute is boring. Running for three minutes is just more boring...

Oh no--and if running 3 minutes is boring what will 30 minutes be like??? Hmmm, if I can do 7 miles per hour and try a 5k at that...I'll have to run about 25 minutes w/out losing my mind...

Are you running on a treadmill or outside? 3 min. on a treadmill feels like 30 outside to me. If it gets warm enough to where you can run outside when you're in the longer distances, that will really help!
Also, I'm not sure what your program is, but I am so much more entertained on the treadmill when I'm doing a workout that gets broken up into segments, like intervals or something. Then you only have to focus on getting through a couple of minutes at a time, rather than thinking about the overall time.

Don't know if this will help or not- good luck! Running can be really entertaining, I promise. Treadmills = zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
