I try to increase the weight at least every 6 weeks...if even just a little.

I like to whole body days because honestly, I don't want to spend any more time out there than I already do.

1) When do you move up in weights?

Usually when I can complete my rep set without much of a struggle or when I stop failing.

2) How often do you change your weight lifting routine?

All the time. I haven't actually had a specific routine in a good long time. I am always trying out new things that I see other people do or that pop into my head.

3) Do you do you do different muscle groups or total body on a day?

I used to do total body and then I switched to a split and now I'm back to total body. It's more convenient time-wise at this point for me to do total body twice a week than to work in 4 days of lifting. I'm thinking though that I might like to revamp my workouts such that I don't do any cardio on the days that I lift. Not sure if this'll work out and it'll probably wait until after the move.

you are just maintaining muscle, right? not trying to build muscle? then i think 15 reps is fine.
